Clip product range - Fix and Sliding clips
Metal roofing is constantly exposed to a wide variety of environmental influences, such as wind loads and temperature fluctuations, which causes longitudinal expansion that makes the use of fixed and sliding fasteners indispensable. For longer panels, we recommend our long sliding clips.
Fixing clips
The fixing clip has rounded corners and a slight bend at the foot end. They are available for folding heights of 25 to 50mm. Also the fixing clip is available with a longer foot part, or in a width of 38mm.
Sliding clips
Design with rounded corners and corrugations to prevent damage to the roof covering by means of high corners, but also to stiffen the lower part or to compensate for the used nail heads. Due to the special shape of the upper part, a slight clamping effect is achieved in the pre-profiled fold, so that the attachments suspended for assembly cannot slide downwards. Sliding clip with a 55mm sliding area available for seam heights from 25 to 38mm.
Thus, the following coulter lengths are possible with a standing seam cover:
- Titanium zinc up to 12 meters
- Stainless steel up to 16 meters
- Aluminium up to 11 meters
- Copper up to 14 meters
- Galvanised steel up to 16 meters
When using longer shares, we recommend the use of our long sliding clips.
